Store Policies


We currently only service in-store pick up for online purchases. Please contact me directly regarding any shipping requests. 


You have 7 days to check your item for any defects. Items returned within 7 days for defects will receive a full refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase and all items are working properly, Store Owned items must be returned within 10 days for a 90% refund, and within 20 days for full store credit. All Consignment items must be returned within 10 days for an 80% refund or 20 days for full store credit.


All repairs have a $25 bench fee whether your item is fixable or not. Please expect at least 2 weeks for your repair to be finished. 


All rentals require payment at pickup. Payment must be made with a credit card and an ID to match. If you do not return your rental on time you will be charged for each day you are late. If the item has not been returned within 1 week, we will charge your card for the full cost of the item stolen. You are required to know what you need for your rental, our employees might not know what your setup is and refunds will not be given to customers who do not communicate their needs with our staff.


Customers may put items on layaway which gives you 30 days to pay for the item. We require 10% of the total cost down as deposit for the item. If your item is not paid for in full within 30 days, your 10% deposit is forfeited and the item goes back up for sale.
