Fender Jim Root Telecaster 2008

Check this one out! A very nifty guitar in the rarely found Black Satin Urethane finish- the Jim Root Telecaster features some nice specs that both traditional Fender players and modern performers alike will find appealing. With active EMG pickups, it is well suited to metal and hard rock, but also quiet and clean enough to be used for lighter genres. Uncommonly found on Telecasters is the Mahogany body, which adds unique sustain characteristics. These don't pop up in the marketplace as often as we'd like, so don't miss out!

Specs include a maple neck and fretboard with a 12" radius, locking tuners, solid block saddles for improved sustain, medium jumbo frets, and a "modern C" shaped neck. The neck pickup is an EMG 60, and the bridge is an EMG 81; both of which provide an ample amount of output with minimal background noise. It is the ultimate metal Telecaster!

It shows well in nice cosmetic condition with only a few minor scratches from play, however no real ugliness. The finish shows no gouges or chips, and the frets are in nice shape as well. It has been cleaned up and restrung with D'Addario 9-42s, and is all set to rock!

No case.
