Jackson SLAT3-7 MIJ w/OHSC

The SLAT3-7 Soloist is the first seven-string neck-through-body Jackson production model, with features including an archtop alder body, maple neck, 24-fret compound-radius rosewood fingerboard, EMG(R) 81-7 active humbucking (bridge) and 707 active (neck) pickups, Floyd Rose(R) double- locking tremolo and black hardware. It has a wide and flat neck, and is super playable with low string height and a low relief setup.

These are no longer made in Japan, and the originals such as this showcase high build quality and an excellent feel. The sculpted neck heel provides excellent access to the upper frets. The pickups sound good as they should, and lend themselves to high gain nicely - with a low floor noise level.

Cosmetically it is in nice shape, with a couple of dings; most notably one on the top, circled in the photo. In person the finish is rather glossy, and the ding isn't super obvious, but it is there. There are a couple of other small marks, including a small ding on the neck profile, and another at the tip of the headstock as is common with pointy guitars.

It has been cleaned and setup with 9's, and has also received a fret polish for smooth bending. This one is stage ready and good to go!

Includes original Jackson molded hardshell case.
