This awesome amp is something you won't see just everywhere. Titano was an offshoot company of Magnatone and Sano, Don Bonham (their chief engineer) worked for Magnatone for years, and then soon after left for the Audio Guild corporation. These amps featured the same pitch-shifting vibrato circuit that made Magnatone amps famous. This has a great clean tone that turns in to a pleasant, mild overdrive tone as you turn the amp up.
This amp in particular was fixed up by our fearless leader, Chuck Larsen! Our shop owner Chuck has been fixing and working on amps for the past 25 years, and he tweaked this amp to increase the input stage. It has been slightly modded to give a little more gain than the stock amp. That means yes, we've gone through the amp and made sure its all sounding TIP TOP! We're pretty sure this amp is from the early 1970's.
So check this bad boy out, and buy it so everyone at the gig is like "WHAT IS THAT AMP" and then you can go on for 30 minutes about the mods and the history of Titano. You're welcome.
