it comes to us in overall good working condition, although the headphone out jack is missing - so headphones can't be used with this keyboard. The regular right and left outputs work as the should, and it has no other functionality issues apart from this. Cosmetically it shows some signs of use coming from a working environment - to include some tape residue, some scuffs, etc, however nothing hideous. It is a great playing and sounding keyboard that would serve a working musician well.
